	Requirements:	The ideal person for this position will be a strong team leader who can effectively disciple and equip others to work along with him in ministry. He should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in biblical studies. Seminary training and prior ministry experience may be preferred. Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus but not required.
	Description:	Parkview Baptist, a growing contemporary SBC church in Lexington, NE is seeking a full time Student Ministries pastor. Lexington is a progressive multi-cultural community of over 10,000 in central Nebraska. We currently average 300 in worship with 2 services. We also have 24 adult small group environments and a high commitment to team ministry in every area. We relocated to a new facility in June 2005 and are seeking God’s direction on increasing space again for the next season of ministry. This person will oversee our strategic ministry to students, leading them to a deep love relationship with Jesus in which they learn how to take responsibility for their own spiritual growth as part of a community. He will also assist in coaching our Kid’s Ministry Team. A competitive salary and benefits package are provided for this full time position based on experience & education.
