	Requirements:	YOU MUST BE A PERSON OF ENERGY, PASSION, STRENGTH, AND POSITIVENESS!!! YOU MUST LOVE MUSIC AND LOVE PEOPLE AND CHILDREN! Experience required as a worship leader in a contemporary-mainstream setting; or significant time in a learning setting. This includes not only leading contemporary music, but leading prayer and speaking (not preaching, but leading the flow of worship) in a contemporary worship setting. You must be a leader, or have killer talent that compensates for that. Significant musical and singing ability required. Strongly desire someone who can start a children's choir, as we have a growing group of young children. Strongly desire someone who can also start an adult gospel choir. We are open to multiple types of music (What are YOU great at and what can YOU deliver?), but it must be strong and be inspiring!
	Description:	We are a young, new, and growing church in a white-collar suburb of Dayton/Cincinnati. We are very strong believers in the power of GREAT music to transform people's lives and open them to the Word. And we need someone to spearhead the creation of that effort. The position is starting as PT, but will possibly evolve to FT as the church grows and if there is a good fit. Again, you MUST have passion for God, for life, for people, and just really love creating great music with energy!!
